JKBOSE Class 11th Private Exam Form 2025: Offline Submission Schedule Released
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released the official notification regarding the offline submission of Permission-cum-Examination Forms for Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Private/Bi-Annual Session 2025 for the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh.

Important Dates and Fee Structure
Candidates falling under Re-appear/Failure/Fresh Private categories must submit their pre-filled offline exam forms along with enrollment statements through their respective schools. The schedule is as follows:
1. Without Late Fee
- Start Date: 09-06-2025
- Last Date: 23-06-2025
- Fee:
- All candidates: ₹1435/-
- With additional subjects (5+): ₹1690/-
2. With Late Fee of ₹810/-
- Start Date: 24-06-2025
- Last Date: 03-07-2025
- Fee:
- All candidates: ₹2245/-
- With additional subjects (5+): ₹2500/-
3. With Late Fee of ₹2085/-
- Start Date: 04-07-2025
- Last Date: 13-07-2025
- Fee:
- All candidates: ₹3520/-
- With additional subjects (5+): ₹3775/-
Eligibility Criteria
- All fresh private candidates who meet eligibility norms.
- Re-appear/failure candidates from previous sessions.
- Candidates placed under the exemption category (as per notification F(Acad-C) Chances/B/22 dated 14-03-2022) must clear all exams within five years or reappear in all compulsory subjects.
Instructions for Heads of Institutions
- ₹20/- per candidate is charged as processing cost.
- Additional ₹10/- can be collected by institutions.
- Disabled candidates with 40% benchmark disability are exempted from paying the exam fee.
- If the last date is a holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date.
Candidates and schools are advised to submit the forms at the concerned JKBOSE offices and complete the formalities within the stipulated schedule.
