JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List Released for B.E./B.Tech. Courses 2025 – Check Details

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B.E./B.Tech. Courses-2025 in various Government and Private Colleges/Institutions across the Union Territory. This list follows the completion of the 1st round of online counselling held from 30th May to 2nd June 2025.

What Candidates Need to Do:

Provisionally selected candidates must:

• Generate their Provisional Allotment Letter from the JKBOPEE portal.
• Report to the allotted college/institution for completion of admission formalities by or before 12th June 2025 (04:00 PM).

Required Documents:

Candidates must carry the following documents to the allotted college:

1. Domicile Certificate
2. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation)
3. Class 12th Marks Sheet
4. Category Certificate (if applicable)
5. Valid ID Proof
6. Any additional documents as required by the concerned college

Important Instructions for Colleges:

• Institutions must ensure strict verification of documents, especially for reserved category admissions.
• Admissions must comply with S.O. 176 of 2024 and S.O. 305 dated 21-05-2024.
• For candidates with disabilities, colleges must refer them to a Medical Board for assessment and recommendation.

Admission Deadline:

All admission formalities must be completed by 12th June 2025, 5:00 PM. JKBOPEE advises colleges to keep admission counters open even on holidays to assist candidates and avoid last-minute hassles.

Notes:

• The admission is provisional and subject to cancellation if any document is found false or fabricated.
• Candidates wishing to freeze their seat must submit a request along with a physical report.
• Those seeking upgradation must complete the admission process within the deadline.
